I had a pretty decent stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, right by the Vieux Port, making it easy to explore the area. However, I felt that the dining experience wasn't up to par with some missing options during breakfast. Overall, while it had some great features, I don’t think it was entirely worth the price we paid for the night.

My stay was quite mixed. The location is fantastic, right by the port with beautiful views and easy access to restaurants. However, the room left much to be desired, lacking a proper view and comfort due to the bed arrangement. The staff was friendly and efficient, but the cleanliness was not up to par, which was disappointing.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it has some great aspects, there were definitely some drawbacks. The location is fantastic, allowing easy access to the old town and port area. My room was clean, but it was quite noisy and not what I expected based on my booking. The service left much to be desired; some staff were rude and unhelpful. Overall, it’s a mixed bag, but the value for money could certainly be better.

The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff is incredibly friendly, making the stay enjoyable. However, the rooms felt a bit worn-out for the price, and the lack of a view was disappointing. The location is excellent, just across from the wharf, but it can get crowded on weekends. Overall, it's a nice place, but I expected a bit more for the cost.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is great, right by the Old Port, but the noise from the nearby restaurant and the outside staircase made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and very helpful, but the room situation could use some improvement for better comfort. Overall, it's a decent choice, but not without its issues.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location near the port was fantastic and the breakfast was included, the rooms left much to be desired with their basic decor. The service was quite good, with staff being quick to respond to issues, but this shouldn't be necessary during a holiday. Overall, I felt the value for money could be better given the room conditions.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were very simple with empty walls and not much furniture, which was surprising for a Radisson. They had a view of the port, which was nice, but I expected more comfort and decoration.
Service
9.0
The service was first class; the staff was friendly and professional. They were quick to respond to our concerns and even offered to send dinner to our room when we faced issues.
Location
8.0
The hotel had a great location, right in the old port area with easy access to restaurants. However, it did get a bit busy which made some areas feel cramped.

5.4/10

I had a mix of experiences at this hotel. On the plus side, the location is outstanding with beautiful views, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired, especially in the rooms and common areas. The dining options were also a bit overpriced for what was offered.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were located towards the back and didn't have a view of the harbour, but I had some exceptional views of the port. However, they were filthy and there were mosquitos everywhere.
Service
6.0
The staff were courteous and polite, but they failed to order a taxi for me as promised. The common areas definitely need better attention to cleanliness.
Location
9.0
The location was fantastic, right across the street from the port and with easy access to all amenities. I enjoyed taking lovely pictures of the view over Marseille.
Dining
5.0
The dining was okay, but honestly too expensive for the quality. It didn't quite match my expectations for a 4-star hotel.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities had the potential to be great, but the gym locker room had a very unpleasant urine smell that really impacted my overall experience.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location right opposite the harbor, making it super convenient to access the local attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering pleasant views, although noise from a nearby restaurant can be disruptive. The service staff is generally friendly and efficient, adding to the positive experience. However, the dining options are a bit pricey and could use some improvement in variety.

The rooms were extremely spacious and comfortable, but mine faced another building, which was less than ideal.
Service
8.0
The service was mostly friendly and helpful, especially when we had questions about parking.
Location
